TACTICAL

The Bites and Ballistics Combat Combatives workshop can integrate everything from long range shooting to close quarter combat skills ~ tailoring the training to meet the specific requirements of your tactical venue. Areas of instruction can include: ensuring engagement, stress searching, building intensity, creating confrontation, muzzle fighting, decoying techniques, firearms neutrality, and so much more.

The hosting agency is responsible for securing suitable venues and for assisting ATAK-9 with promotion of the event in their region. The hosting agency receives a free working K-9 spot once the attendance of 9 paid working spots has been confirmed.

The Knuckle Dragger Home Combatives is “nemenistic” training (yep, we made that word up) to teach your dog to take on the nemeses who threaten you. This training is designed to build your dog’s confidence and intensity, to teach your dog to handle confrontation and pressure, and more.

DETECTION

Power on the “X” areas of instruction include developing techniques to improve clarity and precision, build intensity in the TFR, maximize reward systems, clean up leash handling, perfect search patterns, proof novel odors and handler influence, and so much more.

DETECTION HANDLER SCHOOL

15-day (120 hour) Handler School:

Handler schools are limited to 6 working K-9 teams in the detection disciplines of Explosives, Narcotics, Human Remains, and/or Electronic Media Detection. The instruction includes odor imprint, trained final response, building pattern, on and off leash handling techniques, proofing of context handler and odor, Handler schools are offered in the area of Park City, Utah.
